SKV Uniforms
A wholesale-facing site for a school-uniform manufacturer supplying 200+ schools, built to convert institutional procurement officers — not consumers.
Problem
SKV sells in bulk to school administrators, and needed a site that reflected real scale (200+ schools) and real fabric partnerships (Mafatlal, Raymond, Siyaram's), not a generic storefront template.
Solution
A B2B-first structure built around trust signals — partner fabric brands, GST-registered bulk ordering, pan-India delivery — instead of a shopping-cart experience. Built as a pnpm-workspace monorepo, with the storefront and an internal mockup-preview tool developed as separate packages.
Outcome
Live in production at skvuniforms.com as SKV's public storefront for its 200+ school partners, with GST-registered bulk ordering and pan-India delivery in place.
